Zipped Pouch Workshop

Join us for a relaxed evening workshop where you'll learn how to make a practical zipped pouch, perfect for storing make-up, jewellery, travel essentials or all those little bits and bobs.

Using a paper pattern, you'll cut out your chosen fabrics from a selection available in our Remnants Shop before adding your own creative touches. Personalise your pouch with hand stitching, beads, ribbon or buttons to make it uniquely yours.

You'll then use one of NEST's sewing machines to construct your pouch, with step-by-step guidance throughout the workshop. It's a great opportunity to build your sewing skills and gain confidence using a sewing machine while creating something both beautiful and useful.

By choosing fabrics from our Remnants Shop, you'll also be helping to give quality materials a new life and supporting our commitment to reducing textile waste.

Basic sewing machine skills are required to attend this workshop. We will provide everything you will need. If however you have a piece of printed cotton that you’d like to use please bring it along.
