Furoshiki Wrapping Workshop

The word refers both to the craft and to the cloth itself, which usually has an elegant, decorative design. Furoshiki has become increasingly popular with cultures around the world as it has transformed the art of gift-giving.

Come along to this eco-friendly gift wrapping workshop to find out more about this art and learn how to wrap a variety of items, including a wine bottle in fabric using the environmentally friendly Furoshiki technique. 

You’ll be provided with fabric from our remnant store and guided through the stages to practise the technique that you can use in the future for all your gift wrapping needs.
